Distance Sales Agreement
1. Parties
This agreement is made, on the one hand, between;
DFN Consumer Goods Industry Trade and Marketing Inc.

(“Seller”)
and, on the other hand, the user (“Buyer”) who makes purchases through the website www.sadikamca.com.
2. Subject
The subject of this agreement is the sale and delivery of products ordered electronically by the Buyer from the Seller’s website, and the determination of the parties’ rights and obligations.
3. Product and Payment Information
The type, quantity, sales price, payment method, and delivery information of the products consist of the details approved by the Buyer during the order process.
The Buyer accepts that they have read all information and confirmed it to be accurate and complete before finalizing the order.
4. Delivery
Orders are shipped within 1-5 business days, depending on stock availability.
Delivery is made to the address specified by the Buyer during the order.
While the Seller provides necessary support for delays caused by the shipping company, the Seller cannot be held directly responsible for such delays.
In cases of force majeure (natural disaster, high volume, logistical disruptions, etc.), the delivery period may be extended.
5. Right of Withdrawal (Return)
The Buyer has the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receiving the product.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Seller must be notified via email or phone within this period.
Products to be returned under the right of withdrawal must meet the following conditions:
- Must be unused
- Its packaging must be intact
- Must be in a resalable condition.
6. Return Conditions
For return procedures, the product must be sent along with its invoice.
Returns of damaged, used, or non-resalable products may not be accepted.
In returns made under the right of withdrawal, shipping costs are borne by the Buyer.
However, for defective or incorrectly sent products, shipping costs are covered by the Seller.
The refund for the returned product will be made to the Buyer using the original payment method within 14 days at the latest, following the Seller’s receipt of the product.
7. Cases Where the Right of Withdrawal is Not Applicable
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products:
- Perishable food products or those with an expiring shelf life (olive oil, etc.)
- Products unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons
- Products with opened packaging that are not suitable for resale
- Products custom-made for an individual
8. Protection of Personal Data
The Buyer’s personal data is processed within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), and detailed information can be accessed through the KVKK Disclosure Text available on the website.
9. General Provisions
By placing an order through the site, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted all terms of this agreement.
The Buyer is obliged to inspect the product upon delivery. In case of damaged or missing products, a report must be prepared with the cargo officer.
If the ordered product cannot be supplied, the Seller may inform the Buyer, cancel the order, and refund the paid amount.
10. Dispute Resolution
In disputes arising from this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the Buyer’s place of residence or the Seller’s location are authorized, within the monetary limits determined annually by the Ministry of Trade.
11. Effectiveness
By placing an order through the site, the Buyer is deemed to have read and accepted all terms of this agreement. This agreement comes into effect upon completion of the order.
