Shipping Process

Your Sadık Amca orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days following payment confirmation.

All shipments are carefully packaged and dispatched, ensuring the freshness and integrity of the products.

Shipping Carrier and Delivery Time

Your orders are delivered to every point in Turkey via our contracted shipping carrier.

Delivery time typically ranges between 1–3 business days (may vary depending on your region).

Shipping Fee

• Shipping is free for orders 500 TL and above.
• A fixed shipping fee applies to orders below this amount.

Damaged or Missing Products

We kindly request you to inspect the package upon receiving your shipment.

If you notice any damage, missing items, or deformation in the product, please contact us by having a report prepared by the shipping personnel. We will rectify the situation as soon as possible.

International Shipments

Currently, only domestic shipments within Turkey are available.

Our efforts for international orders are ongoing.

Return and Exchange Policy

Customer Satisfaction is Our Priority

At Sadık Amca Zeytinliği and DFN İç ve Dış Ticaret, the freshness, naturalness, and quality of every product are of utmost importance to us. To ensure your satisfaction, we simplify the process for returns or exchanges when necessary.

Return Conditions

• You may submit a return request within 14 days from the product delivery date.
• Returned products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
• In accordance with food product regulations, returns of opened or consumed products are not accepted.
• If there is damage, a missing item, or an incorrect shipment, you may contact us with the shipping report.

Return Process

1. You can submit your return request by sending an email to iletisim@dfn.org.tr.
2. After approval, please send your product to us via our contracted shipping carrier.
3. Once the product reaches us and is inspected, your return process will be completed within 3–5 business days.
4. The payment will be refunded using the same method used during the order.

Exchange

In case of an incorrect or damaged product shipment, an exchange for the same product will be made upon your request, or a refund will be issued if you prefer.
